Have been living here at Stonebridge for 6 months now. First apts I have ever lived in. Office staff and maint. are very nice and prompt. Parking sucks, can hear everything that goes on above and below me. Only 6 more months to go and i'll be moving on, I was expecting something more since these are Luxury apartments. I've stayed in a motel 6 that was better constructed. I could go on and on but they threw these things up so quick shoddy construction, leaky ceilings, windows, etc.

I am just wondering why you thought that about the apartments. I just put down my deposit and i am supposed to be staying at the waverly which is managed by the same company.
