Don't fall in their trap

I do not recommend the apartments to anyone. I have lived in 8 different apartment communities and stonebridge is the worst. The construction materials are very poor. My feet freeze in the winter time, and you can hear neighbors carrying on regular conversations.
Most importantly: beware of the office staff. They have a few cute girls who smile and make promises, and when it's time to honor their commitments they flat out tell you the opposite. THE MANAGER (Jackie) told me I can give my cancellation notice early, but when I called her two months later to let her know I was cancelling, she said she couldn't let me leave early. I politely reminded her of our conversation, and she said, "no, I would never have given you a verbal commitment like that." I was fuming. If they make any commitments, make sure you GET IT IN WRITING!!!
Also, read the contract. They require a two-month cancellation notice. Whereas all other apartments usually only require one-month's notice.

Well. duh! One NEVER takes a verbal commitment seriously UNLESS it's put in writing and signed! One also has to wonder why you've been in 8 different apartment communities...perhaps you should learn to pull up the big-girl panties and DEAL instead of whine!
