Stonebridge is the best apartment I've lived in. I've lived in 5 different apartments. When I moved here, I wasn't so sure because the price was higher than what I was used to. But I've loved it from day one. All of my friends and family who come to visit can't believe the nice place I'm living in. I'm on the third floor, which sucks, but I don't even notice the trip up and down anymore. Trash isn't the best, considering there's only one place to take it, but we just wait until there are a few bags on the balcony, then drop it down and haul it away on top of the car. Parking is fine during the week. Once in a while, I have to park on the side of my building, but if I wanted to be close every day, I would just need to pay for a garage - so I don't mind the extra steps. I love my apartment. Everything is new, I absolutely LOVE my bath tub, and the people are very friendly. I'd recommend the apartments to anyone. And as for the person complaining about the move-out notice, I used to be a leasing consultant and almost all places require a 60 day notice. That way, the apartment can be ready to be rented out after you leave. It's only a 30 day notice for janky apartments. Trust me - I used to work at one.
