When we moved to the Southside to be closer to work I was not very excited about it. I knew nothing about and nobody from here so apartment hunting was all on a whim. We found these apartments and I LOVED them. They were more pricey than the others we had looked at, but, when we took everything into consideration it was worth it.

The office staff is very friendly, and the maintainance staff is exceptional. Any request you put in will be completed within 24 hours no matter what. Also, this is the kind of place where everyone who works there waves to everybody that drives by. The staff really strive to make it personal by learning your names and where you live.

My only complaints would have to be the parking on occasion and you can hear rather easily through the walls. However, this is a very young community with few kids and families (another plus in my eyes). For the most part everyone is in the same place in their lives in this community. So, if you are looking for other kids for your kids to play with, you aren't going to find many. Also, when we first moved in the landscaping was awesome. However, it has gone somewhat downhill. Don't get me wrong it is not terrible, just not what it used to be.

This is the type of neighborhood that when I am home alone or by man's out of town I feel safe being here. I would highly recommend this complex to any young professional looking for a new home on the Southside
