We've been living here for 7 months. This is a brand new, very well maintained apartment house. Office staff members are very friendly. They are super in handling our claims. When something goes wrong with your equipments in your house (lightbulb, bathroom etc), you make a phone call to the office and no later than 10 minutes, they are here to fix it up. Poolside party in summer, christamas party in winter --- meet those great office staff.
