I have lived here for a year now. When we first moved in the apartments were great. We were the first to live in our apartment. We got a great deal on rent because of a special. The management staff was wonderful. They knew you by name and were always very friendly. Now a new management company has taken over. They are increasing the rent for everyone by at least $100 per month. They are not friendly in the front office. Maintence requests now take at least 2 days to be processed. I even overheard one of the employees in the front office saying a few choice words about a tenant calling about a maintence request. We are moving out in 2 months. This two months can't come soon enough. I would not move in here.

WHERE ELSE HAVE OR WOULD YOU RECOMMEND LIVING??? I ALSO LIVE AT SUMMERWOOD AND AM TRYING TO DECIDE TO MOVE OR STAY, UNSURE AT THIS TIME. WOULD APPREICIATE A RESPONSE. THANKS.
