First I do want to say that the apartments are very nice looking and that is about the only positive point I can make about these apartments. My boyfriend and I moved here at the beginning of the year and the first day we moved in was an indicator of how our experience was going to be. We moved here from out of town and the day we moved here there was an ice storm so after driving through that we were really excited when we arrived to our first apartment! To start off when we got into the office the girl working did not even know anything about us; I don't know how that is possible because they called me three times to ask me when we were moving in! We had set up everything with the office almost two months prior to us actually moving in! So when we finally opened the door to our first place together, we walked into an apartment that had not been touched since the last tenants. It s not that the apartment was a little dirty, but it was horrible. The carpet was so dirty that you could see the outline of where the previous tenants had put they furniture. The kitchen and laundry area floor was caked with BLACK dirt and there were clothes left behind. It had not been painted, all of the blinds were broke, and it smelled! So it had not been touched since the last occupants. They showed us another apartment that was ready to move into that had new carpet but there were dead bugs in the bath tub, a large cut in the kitchen floor that was black and they would not replace the flooring, and once again it had not been painted or cleaned. Three hours after arriving and going back and forth with the manager they said we could go somewhere else or accept an offer of basically 20 bucks off of rent. They pulled a bait and switch. Well since we didn t really have a choice we moved in. I want to add that during this whole process the girl that was working and the manager were extremely rude and acted like we were putting them out. The apartment we have now is nice but that is after we did further cleaning. The carpet is not the quality it should be for almost $900 a month. It is very worn and has stains.

Next problem- the AC wasn t working. When they looked at it they said that sometimes the circuits over load so I have to flip a switch when that happens. Also water was leaking from one of the pipes.
About a month ago we noticed there was a wet spot on the carpet that kept getting bigger and bigger. We called the office, they looked for the leak and never got back to us on whether or not they fixed it. About a week after the first call the spot was still there. We contacted the office again and told them we were going out of town and that they needed to fix whatever was leaking. After being gone for four days we came back and nothing was done. We called the office and they said they fixed it. A couple days after that I noticed there was mold by the furnace and coming out of the molding by the door. I called the office and they looked at it and said it was mildew. Black fuzzy mildew''' They had someone spray stuff on it and wipe it off. I took pictures and had a professional look at them and he said that it is mold and that it appears it is behind the wall because the mold by the furnace looked as though it was coming through the dry wall. I asked the office about whether or not it was behind the wall and they said no that it was gone but they didn t check it. They did replace the kitchen flooring and flooring by the front door but with very cheap flooring. And it took about half the day for them to do it and smelled pretty bad which was a hassel for me.

Lastly we referred a friend and are still waiting on the check for the referral program. She moved here (her apartment was not ready either) in March and lived here for about two months but then was transferred to another state. The office said that we would get the referral check still because she was here for longer than 30 days. About two weeks ago my boyfriend went to the office and they gave him a hard time about the whole thing but said yes we would get the money for the referral. We still have not gotten anything. I called the office today and asked them about the check and the manager said that well she wasn t here for the required amount of time but that she would allow us to get the money for the referral. It just seems to me that every time you call the office and speak with the staff in the office they are rude and condescending.

My boyfriend and I can t wait to move out but are not looking for to dealing with them on that because I am pretty sure that they will be very difficult. I have the same complaints that others have as well; parking is horrible, safety is iffy, you can hear everything your neighbors are doing, and the office staff is rude. One more thing if you go to the office and ask them about all the bad reviews on here they will tell you that the reviews were written by former employees that were mad. At least this was what they told us and from our experiences here all the reviews are right and I find it hard to believe that they were written by former employees.

I hear you. My fiancee and I have been through similar things, and we've been here for about a year now. We can't wait to get the hell out of here when our lease is up next year.

Yeah, they are delusional.
Why they would say the reviews are from disgruntled employees is beyond me.
Intelligent and educated people get sick of dealing with that inferior trash. The company is in denial.
That's why people get online and divulge such personal and horrifying things about their inferior employees.
They are too stupid to realize that the public can plainly see they hire problem and dysfunctional agents.

we had that SAME problem with water coming through the floor (first floor apt) and they had to move the carpet and drill into the cement floor to find a leaky pipe, yet they kept trying to tell us it was coming from an above apartment...but the ceiling and walls were dry! Nothing but problems living in that hell hole. We ended up breaking our lease several months early.

Yeah, one of those little ----- trash employees got something really nasty and personal written about them on here because they got out of line.
If the staff thinks it was written by a former employee, they're absolutely crazy!
It was written by the residents who she pulled her ----- trash stupid attitude with!
Ha!
