I've lived here for about 4 mos now and I really enjoy the complex. My neighbors are friendly and I haven't had any problems so far. I've seen the ratings by others and I have to disagree. Yes, sometimes there is noise. But it's expected if you live in an apartment. Yes, I can hear the freeway. However, one of the reasons I chose this complex was its proximity to the freeway. I rarely hear the noise from the traffic. I never hear my neighbors unless they are talking right in front of my door. One thing I don't like is you can hear people talking when they are out on their balcony. Also, one of my neighbors tends to slam their door hard....As for maintence they are great. They are prompt in responding and very polite. The office staff aren't bad either. Sometimes there was some confusion during the application process, but it never made me really upset. Just normal stuff. The apartments are beautiful and seem well constructed. My electric bill is about half of what they said it would be. I rarely have to turn on the AC during the summer because the other apartments keep it cool. So far this winter I haven't had the heat on much because the other apartments help insulate mine. As far as extra amenities, the hot tub was broken for a long time. I have no idea if they have fixed it yet, but it's been a couple months since it worked. It is pricey to live here but I am glad I did. It is so convient to many shops and restaurants.
