i have lived her for 1 year. i have gone through hell! they managed to mess a 2 month ahead notice up. on move in day, i had to choose between apartments. the apartment i moved into wasn't even ready and was very dirty, you couldn't open windows! trying to get the management to do things is god awful! i have had ants 4 differnt times. i called once, a week later no one still did anything, when i called back it was never written down. their excuse "that guy you talked to was only there that day". i have called them, gone in many times, and even wittnessed them writting things down that needed to be done for me, and somehow they never do it. i've even called the head people in control of the entire duplex! they sucked up for a week and that was the end of that. the apartments are nice and in a nice area. but you will go nuts trying to get them to fix things or answer a question. it took them 3 weeks after calling and going in about 5 times to answer a simple question! I would highly recommend NOT TO LIVE HERE, BECAUSE IT IS HELL!!!!!!!!!!!!
