It's incredible how stupid people are. As stated in the earlier review "TWO PEOPLE DROWNED IN THE POOL TWO DAYS AGO, BECAUSE THERE WAS NO LIFEGUARD AND THE POOL HAD NOT BEEN CLOSED WHEN IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN" First of all,the people jumped the fence beacuse it was locked. Second there wasn't a lifeguard on duty because it was 2 o'clock in the morning. I can't imagine too many lifeguards working at 2 in the morning. Don't ever blame the management at Sundance Apts. for the ignorance of others. I've found the staff to be helpful and great to be around. Usually staffs of apts. are all stuffy and no fun at all. Maintenence and the grounds are well taken care of. Oh and when you live 6 inches from 2 or 3 other families you might hear noise. Get over it!
