The Sundance staff will do anything they can to get the most money from you. When you refer a friend to the apartment complex, and they move in, Sundance will claim that you never referred them because they change the referal card to say that your friend heard about them by some other means. Not only that, but they also will decide in the middle of your lease, that you will pay higher rent than what the contract states when you first initialized it.
Want more' You can count on recieving an electric bill from both the electric comapny and Sundance. Not only that, but they tack on an additional 25 dollar charge with their electric bill for "administrative purposes."
If you are smart... you will avoid Sundance and find a better place to live.
The staff are untrained and unprofessional.

News flash! Two people drown in pool at Sundance. You have to wonder... did the management even drain the pool. Not to my knowledge.

Also, don't look forward to the hottub here. You'd be better off to take a bath and make the waves yourself.
