We've incountered more honesty from Used Car Lots

After paying the required deposits and signing forms, we arrived at the lease signing to find the apartment we "contracted" for wasn't what we were getting. Different floor plan, first instead of second floor, no fireplace (but a microwave that we didn't want or need that we HAD to pay $10 per mo for), after we moved in we learned that the majority of the complex is corporate housing and used as a party place and forced us to threaten a lawsuit if controls weren't put in-place, no security (cars vandelized and Sheriff and management doesn't care much), management and ownership has "we have your money and signature, you'll just have to put-up with it" attitude, little apt-to-apt insulation, fake cable TV system. In short, Rolls Royce presentation and appearance but used old chevy quality and drug dealer credibility. uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax
