The following is what you can expect to experience if you move to Sundance at the Crossing:

1) Your apartment won't be ready for you on the day you are scheduled to move in. No matter how far in advance you have leased it.

2) Your bathtub/shower will still have the filth of the resident before you. It will not have been cleaned.

3) Your stove/range will be dirty.

4) The cable service will go out when the wind reaches 15mph and/or it rains for more than 3 hours.

5) You will not believe the incompetence and lack of attention prevelant in the office staff.

6) You will ask and ask and ask and ask for a repair and there will be no response.

7) You will report safety violations, power outages, abandonded cars, and drunken parties next door, but no one will give a rat's rump.

8) You will not receive any maintenance repairs that cost the property more than $2.50 to fix.

9) You will not have a dumpster large enough to hold the garbage of several apartments. Your and your neighbors' trash will overflow and fill the driveway and parking lot and will remain for days while rats run over it.

10) You will sign a lease that says you waive your right to a trial by jury. This is the most laughable thing of all. No one in the United States has to give up their right to a trial by jury. It makes you wonder why "trial by jury" is even mentioned in an apartment lease.

11) You will find multiple violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Including NEW steps formed in NEW sidewalks that challenged people cannot negotiate. NO HANDICAPPED PARKING. NO ACCESSABLITITY FROM THE PARKING AREAS TO THE BUILDINGS. MULTIPLE VIOLATIONS WITHIN THE APARTMENTS.
