This place is terrible. After informing them that we were moving out in a month, they informed us that our contract states two months notice. So, they pretty much ripped us of an extra months rent.

Secondly, after having been out of there for a month, received a letter regarding a fee for replacing the carpet, much like another review listed. They want $800 to replace carpet due to "pet damages". WE DIDN'T EVEN OWN A PET. They will try their best to squeeze every dollar out of you that they can.

Don't expect much out of high speed internet or cable. They do it all there self, so it is shotty and outdated. It was like they never heard of HDTV.

Oh, yeah. Two people died in the pool too. I'd stay away from it.

The location is ideal. It's safe, clean, nicely maintained. But, the staff and ownership is a joke, will never rent from Edward Rose Properties again.

If you read the paper you'd know that the people that died in the pool weren't residents of Sundance. They were in town for some training, severly drunk and thought it'd be like a good idea to take a swim in their pool. I think the comment about this is trying too hard to slam them. Try reading the contract that you yourself signed before you get all bent out of shape and try to make them look bad.

Hey Ninjarenter01...Uh the people that drowned at Sundance (in the retention lake I thought even not the pool) are all part of the Cheeseburger in paradise training staff that is located right behind the apartments. The training staff does rent SEVERAL apartments from Sundance, and then the apartments then in turn rent those NASTY apartments out to residents. those people who are training for Cheeseburger do not CARE what the apartments look like when they move out, so the new owner will get charged for all the faults of the apartments. Also Cheeseburger in paradise is getting sick of renting from Sundance do to the rediculously hideous apartments they are sending the managers in training to live in for 3 months at a time...The apartments are making way to much money from them and they are getting ready to take their business elsewhere. SMART THINKING. We should all get the hell out of these apartments!!! Before the management staff starts THROWING residents into the retention ponds!!!!!!!
