This place sits right on--and we mean RIGHT ON--Interstate 65 and the crossing of two six-lane business roads, Emerson and Southport. In the heart of a business district and so close to the Interstate that you could touch the cars/trucks/buses/RVs if they were to stop. But that's just it...they never, never, never stop!! It will drive you INSANE. Even with the windows closed, and who wants to have the windows closed all year, all day, all summer'''' There should be a sound wall between the property and the multiple highways, but this is Indiana and nobody thinks of progressive things like that. Living here is like living in the middle of the Indianapolis 500, except the cars in the 500 do stop occaisionally and the race does come to an end. NO HERE. The apartments are nice, very bright, with good solid sliding glass doors that don't let in the wind. And the cabinets are pretty. The larger apartments have nice kitchens, but the one bedroom ones don't have kitchens, they have galleys. Management is just as the other postings have stated....not very honest. Not at all. They charge you whatever they want to, and change the rent, and the lease, and just whatever they think of doing, they do it. So you never know what to expect from them. They can't repair things very well either. And your apartment will NOT be clean when you move in. And it is dark in many areas, and the office has been told this for about a year, and still nothing is done. So you decide. But if you are already deaf...this is the place for you!
