The property manager is incapable and unwilling to do her job. The maintenance team is unwilling for the most part to do a good job. You will pay a lot of money just to live in filth with a lot of noise. There is no peace in the evenings and do not expect to sleep in on the weekends. The residents do not clean up their animal messes and neither do the grounds people. The office help will take your calls, but that does not mean you will have your work order written or turned in. I FEEL LIKE I LIVE IN HELL AND CANNOT GET OUT!!!!!!!!!
This is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in and would not recommend it to anybody who wants to make a house payment every month, but live in the ghetto.
