At first I really liked the apt. It's fairly clean. However, then I lived there for a few days. The hallways are trash, and there is a huge electric line that goes right over it, so I was having headaches constantly by the time I moved out. The interstate was also about 10 feet from my bedroom which was very annoying. There were also bugs and ants EVERYWHERE. I had to set out about 100 ant killer traps in my apt just to keep them away.


When I moved out, after paying the manditory non-refundable deposit (which every other apt I have lived in you get your deposit back). They still tried to screw me and make me pay cleaning fees, even though my apartment was spotless and probably cleaner then when I moved in. I had to fight with them. The office staff are very rude and useless. I wouldn't recommend anyone to live here, there are MUCH better places in Indy for cheaper. IT SUCKS!!!

Yes, this is correct. The manager is extremely rude. They are attempting to screw everyone upon move-out. My apartment was cleaner than when I moved in, just like the writer's and they tried to say that it was filthy. I had been the only one ever in there, and it was spotless. Christy, the manager is a pill. And you are right, they overcharge.
