IF YOU DON'T HAVE ANYTHING NICE TO SAY DON'T SAY IT AT ALL

It's too bad that people are better at voicing their opinions when they are unhappy rather than the opposite. I know in my experience here at Sundance I would be lieing to say that it was the best experience I've ever had because that would only happen when I reside in a house, however; being a person that has lived in several different apartment complexes (becoming a regular apartment dweller) I would have to say that thus far I have had a very pleasing experience.
My apartment was ready for me the day I decided to move-in which was only 3 weeks away from the time I filled out my application. Upon moving in the apartment it was ---- and span. There was one maintenance issue with my dishwasher which was taken care of the same day. To my surprise my cable was already on when I hooked up my t.v. that night.
Despite what others are saying I actually viewed an apt. that was right next to the interstate when looking at apts. and it did not bother me once we got inside of the apt. However I did state to the office person that I would prefer to be in an apt. somewhat away from the interstate because I enjoy sitting out on my balcony and I was granted that request so things are negotiable with the office staff I guess...as long as you let them know..duh!
Any other maintenance issues that I have ever needed to call for have been taken care of in a timely manner.
Over all the things that I was most concerned about which was living in a comfortable atmosphere that was very close to everything I need to do which is go to work, shop, eat and drink have been met by living at Sundance.
The staff are pretty nice and have answered any questions or at least gotten back to me if they didn't have the answer at first.
Parking can be a little atrocious at times but definitely not any worse than some of the other places I've lived (try walking 3 blocks after coming home from work)!!
So what's all the fuss about'''

Look, ignorant. That what this review board is all about. To relate our experiences. It's not an advertisment for Sundance or any other apartment complex. It's to relate our personal experiences. It's too bad you do not have the comprehension skills necessary to understand the rationale behind this website. What others have written is exactly what they have experienced. That's why they post and why the site is offered. They, unlike the manager at Sundance, are not liars. We are to relate our experiences. Otherwise, no one would ever know the whole truth. Go learn to read.

In response to the previous response to this posting I would just like to say that obvoiusly the person posting understands that this is a forum where residents can post their opinions as they did just that. If your rude and hateful tone is due to the title of the post, I would say that maybe they were referring to the hateful and rude comments that people are posting that are directed directly at the people that work there. Personally attacking someone is inmature and unnecessary. If you believe that this is a website that is designed to talk about your experience I don't see where the problem is because that is what was done. Ignorant!

Frank1977. Can you explain what you wrote? It doesn't make any sense. "Directed directly" What does that mean? "in response to the previous response???? YOu write/talk in circles and so your argument is not valid.

I don't think it's smart to talk about how "great" the apartment is, and how "mean" everyone on this site is, considering that everyone is bitching abouts costs they accrued upon MOVING OUT. It doesn't sound like you've done that. As others have stated, this site is for sharing experiences, so that others who are looking for apartments can have a good idea of what they're getting into. |

I'm getting ready to move out of these apartments very shortly and I hope to have enough ammo to not allow these crooks to get one penny extra from me. As terrible as my experience has been with my apartment, the staff, the neighbors, you name it, I've had problems from A to Z. Any suggestions from anyone before I move out? That office staff is UNBELIEVABLY dishonest. I can't believe some of the BS they try and do get away with. I almost feel like I need to get a good lawyer just to move out of these apartments just so I won't get hit up with all these bogus charges it seems they hit everyone with!!!

I agree with swker...it does not sound as if this poster has actually moved out and that is when the bad stuff really starts happening. Though I had a couple incidents with them before moving out.
