I recently moved into Sundance and was quite satisfied with everything. The staff was nice and helpful, the maintenance guy who did our walk-thru with us was great, and the apartment was awesome. The cable was hooked up as soon as we moved in and the internet the next day.
Apartments are noisy for the most part, but this is the quietest place I've ever been to. If you go in expecting no noise at all you really should look for a house and not an apartment.
I would recomend Sundance to anyone looking in the Indianapolis area. Great location!

Location is about the only thing "great" about the place. Wait til you move out and see all the charges they make up for you to pay!
