If you want to get the real skinny on Sundance at the Crossing, and their owner, Edward Rose, go to Google. Put in "Edward Rose" and what will come up are several cites where Edward Rose, of Indiana and other states has been sued by the federal government for violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Fair Housing Act. They have discriminated across the board and across the United States against the handicapped. And have they ever been sued!!!!!! Millions and millions of dollars. It's all on the internet. So this is why they have to extort and steal money from their residents after the residents move out, by charging them with phony and bogus debts for damages they didn't do. Edward Rose, Inc. has to come up with the millions to pay off these lawsuits, so they are doing it on the backs of their good renters AFTER they leave of course, since they don't have proof that their renters have done actual damages. They just perpetrate their crimes, first discriminating against the disabled and challenged, and then stealing money from people who no longer live there.
