I was just living in Sundance temporarily after I moved to Indianapolis before I had a chance to purchase a house. Worse move I made in my entire move!!!

I had a vehicle damaged despite paying extra for a carport (I have a young daughter and the carport was helpful in putting her in the car and taking her out in poor weather). In fact, there were several occasions where someone else was parked in our spots. Nothing was ever done and the aparment office said there's not much they can do. By the way when you get the carport, it's for the life of the lease and you can't change your mind when they say there's nothing they can do about the person parking there.

Then when we moved out we were required to give 60 days notice, but when we called to ask what we needed to do (three months before we moved), we were told "just fax a written notice prior to your move-out date). I know I should have done it sooner but that cost me an additional $800 and the person that answered should have known to say "At least 60 days before the move-out date".

Oh the office staff. Not helpful. Never there. Several calls around 3:30 and 4:00. No answers. No call backs. Not freindly. Several times when we called back (because we weren't getting service or not getting a call back) the person was rude to the point of yelling.

Then they charged us for pet damage yet we never had a pet and never had one visit us.

I usually take things in stride and don't complain but I'm going to do everything in my power to make sure others don't make the same mistake I made. It cost a year's worth of headaches and nearly $1,500 above the ridiculous rent they chage for so-so living and poor service.

I almost forgot I was charged $30 additional for cable that had an extremely poor picture for the vast majority of time we lived there. Another area where nothing was ever done to solve the problem.
