Sundance at the Crossings

I would NOT recommend this place From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/9/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   The best thing about Sundance at the Crossing is the location and price. But you get what you pay for... The appliances are all very old and tired. They break frequently and we are calling maintenance quite often. Although the maintenance guys are nice enough, the same can't be said about the office staff. The washer and dryer that we pay $30 per month for are extremely dirty (I feel weird putting dirty clothes into a machine that is even dirtier) and the dryer takes three cycles to dry. These machines are older than my wife and I... they actually say "how to use your automatic washer"!! The dishwasher never cleans the dishes. The sinks continually clog... this place is a mess. What's most frustrating... Sundance controls both the tv and internet (they are the providers). The tv is dish satellite and frequently has signal issues. The internet is WORSE than dial up. I am not kidding. Just embarrassing. And like previous posts state... you are stuck with it for the duration of your lease. I don't think this place is the worst out there, but if you're looking for something a little better than average, I would look elsewhere.
