this is BY FAR the WORST apartments I have ever lived in in my life. And I have lived in several. The apartments themselves are asthetically pleasing, but they are built horribly, and most problems can never be fixed, but only put a bandage on. That's if you can get maintenance to come out and finally fixed a problem you have been complaining about 3-5 times. I have even had emergency maintenance called in with water pouring out of my airconditioning unit (in July at that) and was told that someone would be by that evening, someone came and said it would be ok, that the airconditioner was working hard and some condensation was expected. By morning I had sopped up water w/ 5 beach towels and the temperature in my apartment was over 80 degree's. Air did not get fixed until the next day, and has since had the same problem 2 more times. Was out of a microwave for 4 months because maintenance shot out the panel trying to change the lightbulbs. (how many maintenance men does it take to screw in a lightbulb''''') I could go on and on and on (seriously) but I've got a secret weapon I plan on using against them when I move out if they try to pull any of their BS charges on me. If it works I will post it EVERYWHERE I can so that anyone thinking of moving into Sundance or any other Edward Rose community will think twice before moving here. If I could give a negative ranking on a scale of 1-10 for this place they would be -100!!!!
