We've lived here about six months, and all I can say is I wish I had visited this site first because we wouldn't have moved in here. We're in a 1bdrm paying $123 for electric; there's a draft coming from our steps because they're hollow and from the sliding glass door. We've had a cat in our wall and snake in the house; the bugs were horrible during the summer and fall. We've got two huge cracks in the corners of our outside wall that just keep getting bigger and bigger. The appliances are about as old as the complex and they don't work worth a damn, but don't rely on Sundance to do anything to fix the problem; they send maintenence out to look at it for 5 minutes than leave. The lake is nice, but unfortunately there's lots of geese, so there's always goose poop everywhere (porches, sidewalks, grass, parking lot). If you're in the military they'll screw you over anyway you can and try to make you pay to leave even if you have orders. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
