We were very pleased with our year long stay at Sundance. Look people, I'd say about 90% of the people that have posted negative things about this place are people who did not take care of their apartment and did not bother to actually READ their lease. The lease outlines EVERYTHING you need to do to avoid getting penalized for various items. If you do these things properly, guess what, you won't get penalized. READ THE LEASE, it contains everything you need to know. We moved out with zero fines and have nothing but great things to say about Sundance. Maintenance was always quick to fix things, location was great, and the apartment itself was very nice. The only thing I can complain about is one night my car was vandalized, but that could happen anywhere. It is not the apartment's fault, it is the idiot who hit my car without leaving a note on it. All I have to say to some of you people on here giving negative posts is that your penalties were probably caused by your lack of accountability for what was stated in your lease that you signed without reading. No, I do not work for Sundance.

Nice to see someone posting a realistic opinion. Many people seem to assume the office staff are going to coddle you and understand every mistake and look past carelessness. It's a business. They can't make exceptions for everyone, and sadly sometimes anyone, because they'd lose money (which, if you look at a definition of business it's says it's the selling/providing of goods to make a profit). And apartment living comes with lots of have-to-put-up-with's since you're sharing the place with hundreds of other people. It's not a hotel.
