Seriously, if I had to deal with a bunch over 450 complainers like the ones that have written on hear, I might not be that nice all the time either. But speaking about my experience, I can't complain. The office staff was extremly helpful when I first moved in and continue to be that way. I lived here once before only to move out because of "high" prices only to move into a piece of crap apartment down the street where I could literally hear the cat running across the floor upstairs. I moved back into Sundance as soon as my lease there was up. Sure I was charged for pet damage the last time I moved out but that was because my dog HAD peed on the carpet and I can't blame them for wanting to make sure the people after me had the same great new carpet and new apt. that I had when I moved in. Sundance is by far the best apartment I've ever lived in!

yeah they are nice, but with any business you have to be careful about what charges they charge you. and with 450 "complainers," what makes you think that all of them were treated like you?
