Sundance - Edward Rose LLC is a SHAM!

I've run into issues since day 1 with Sundance, do not fall for their crappy cable or internet service, they charge $40 a month for connection to a 'pool' of 1.5 meg symmetrical up/down Fractional T1. A fractional T1 isn't much bandwidth this means you must share with the other users, also it's very insecure. If you decide to go with their service make sure you READ THE CONTRACT, they keep it open to violate your internet privacy by monitoring and filtering your bandwidth. Not to mention they're making a killing on poor service ( don't get me wrong, I have nothing against capitalism, but they offer poor service). A T1 connection costs $400 a month from a proper ISP, and they charge $40 a month for crappy dial-up speeds, take that by lets say 500 residents buying this crap they're making $19,600 a month in profit off of you.
After initially moving in to this place, the carpet was new and after it was installed it had not been vacuumed, I spent the next 3 weeks sweeping the place daily in order to get the residue from the cheap carpet they install and probably charge ungodly amounts of money to replace. The maintenance here isn't so great either, they schedule random times to check your fire extinguishers and leave a flyer a day before they come in. I don't prefer having random people coming in the place I live, I'd rather them stay the hell out. I've run into multiple issues that left me without vital services I pay for (I'll leave unmentioned in order to protect my identity).
I've never ran into a place that has more fee's structured around it's business before, I feel as if I'm getting scammed on a daily bases. I can hear the neighbors baby cry and wake me up in the wee hours of the morning, not to mention my roomate can hear every word I say from my bedroom.
If you're a prospecting tenant, don't be fooled. Sundance is owned by Edward Rose of Indiana LLC, they give you the feeling of a loan shark. I would advise against renting at Sundance or Lattitudes, if you're looking for an apartment on the South side, I'd recommend Lakes of Windsor, I was a tenant there for 2 years and LOVED it. The staff was helpful, nice and personable.
I do in fact like Adam, one of the apartment staff at Sundance, he is the only one willing to help me. He is always carrying a very professional persona about him the others seem to have fallen prey to the greedy hands of Edward Rose.
