If you want to sleep at night do not lease an apartment here. At first everything seemed to go very well and we had no problems. We have a bottom floor apartment and every night the woman and child in the apartment above us shake our walls they are so loud. This goes on until after midnight on a daily basis. We called and complained almost 6 TIMES to the office staff, they told us to call the cops if we really had a problem with it. After we tried calling the cops to come and that didn't work we verbally confronted the office staff one last time with our problem. They said they would have a talk with the woman and work it out for us, we got a call back about 2 hours later from the staff reminding us that quiet hours don't start until 11 PM and if there was another complaint they would have to move one of us to a different apartment. After all we had been through they wanted to move US when we weren't even the ones causing the problems. Needless to say, their staff was completely unproductive in helping us at all with our problem and the neighbors continue to make noise like this every night, we have found another complex and are moving in about 3 months.
