I'm so glad I checked out the apartment in spite of the negative reviews that I read here. I've been living at Sundance for about 9 months and I'm very happy here. The location is very good: easy access to the highway, quiet community.
*The maintenance team are very friendly and helpful - my neighbor told me last week that 2 of the guys saw her replacing a flat tire and they helped with it. They respond to service requests within reasonable time.
*The clubhouse is very beautiful. They management even allow residents to use the clubhouse at no cost. I'm impressed with the fitness center too, it is updated and they also have lockers for personal effects.
*My only concerns is with the cable and internet that goes out every once in a while. But they respond to it promptly and even have after hours number for technical support. The service is GREAT when it works and I especially like the convenience of being able to pay everything together with my rent.

I'm one who left a negative review 2 years ago, it's good to see Sundance is coming around and starting to focus their attention on customer service.
