My wife and I lived here from May 2008 to August 2009 with a dog and a cat, in a 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment. This is generally a well-kept apartment complex. I had great relationships with the staff and management. The maintenance crew was always very quick and friendly, when called. The apartment itself was in good condition with fairly new appliances. The lawn was regularly mowed and the parking lot was cleared of snow in the winter. I never had any trouble finding a parking space.
They provide places to wash your car, and you can rent a garage if you need to work on your car. The lakes are alright, but not really the best for fishing.
The downsides are to be expected. The apartment is right near I-65, which is a good thing if you work downtown or elsewhere in Indianapolis. I never really noticed any noise from the interstate inside the apartment though, and I rarely ever heard our neighbors.
The neighborhood itself is nice. There's not much that's nearby at a walking distance, but plenty within a very short driving distance. I only know of one incident while I was there of someone's car being vandalized and it wasn't a resident.
Moving in went very easily. The staff was friendly and up front with us about everything. Moving out was also very easy and I have no disputes with them.
The cost for rent is slightly higher for the area, but in my opinion worth it for the peace of mind that comes with living in a well-managed area. The staff is friendly and professional and the property is well-maintained.

They had several different floorplans and availability. I paid $749/mo plus pet rent while i was there for a 2 bedroom, 1 bath that was just under 1,000 sq ft. Not sure if the pricing is the same or not and what the prices of other floorplans are, so I'd suggest giving them a call.
