BAD PLACE TO LIVE AND WORK

JVM MANAGMENT OWNS TEAL RUN APARTMENTS, THEY ARE A TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT COMPANY. THEY PUT NO MONEY IN THEIR APARTMENTS. THEY HAVE A REGIONAL MANAGER THAT IS THERE HE IS SO GETTO AND ---! THAT IS WHATS HURTING THEM. THE PLACE IS JUST RAN SO CHEAP. THEY ARE THE WORST PROPERTY ON THE EASTSIDE OF INDIANAPOLIS TO LIVE AT.
