We have lived at Teal Run for about 9 months.....I would say that it is not a bad place to live. I have put in a couple of work orders and have had no problem getting them taken care of the same day. Yes there are kids and some noise, but you have to expect that if you live in apartments. We moved here from the Arbors, now you want to talk about bad apartments, those are awful. I am able to pay my rent online, there is a monthly newsletter. All in All if you are looking for a decent place to live I would recomend Teal Run. Just be respectful of your neighbors, if everyone did that we would all be happy.
