The Andover Apartments

Never judge a book by it's cover! From: aqualambda8 Date posted: 7/9/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   When I first went to look at these apartments, before I went inside, I thought to myself "Hmm this doesn't look too good." But after going in and seeing the apartment and talking with Van Rooy Properties I decided what the heck and gave it a go. I must say I am pleasantly surprised. The apartment is small, but big enough for me and my cat. It has brand new carpet, refrigerator and light fixtures. The parking lot is HUGE for the small apartment complex so there is never a problem. I did however, have a few issues with the gas heat and w/d when I first moved in, but maintenance came to fix them in an adequate amount of time. All of my neighbors are extremely nice and I have never had any problems from them. There is some noise from time to time outside, but you will have that with traffic and such.
