The Arbors at Cumberland

Alot Nicer Place to live. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/15/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   My experience with the Arbors at Cumberland is when I moved to this property the thugs had taken over my children could not go out side to play, We as tenants were afraid to come home after dark. Now that we have new management our kids can play out side safely. Miss Betty has made it easy for us to live here safely.
