This is the worst, worst place I have ever lived... The management is Horrible, the staff in rental office barely speaks english.... The management sends nasty notes stating money due, but when you try and contact the office/manager for explanation, no one returns your call. I have a four bedroom townhome, i've called numerous times regarding installation, cold air and numerous bugs coming in underneath door and all the cracks around door. Maria property manager told me she have bugs come in her apt. also as to justify the bug problem... how low can this place go.... We pay gas, and Arbors changed gas companies & tenants were billed for 4-months worth of bills in 2-month time frame.(tenants recd 4 months of Gas Bills in two month period) and if you couldnt pay your bill in timely manner, Management sent threating letters regarding eviction... I am a single mom with 5 kids (no section 8 or gov't assistance) I am silenty and patiently awaiting the day the Lord Bless me to relocate. This place is truly the Ghetto and non-caring Management...

I feel so bad for you.....we lived there for 4 years and I honestly could not wait to leave, we moved into a much smaller place, but I did not care. Maria is a nightmear, she is horrible she told me that the ants that we had were not her problem!!!!! I could not believe that, my children were afraid to go to sleep at night becuase ants would crawl on them, in the morning they would be all over my kitchen cabinet, and my kitchen counter was clean nothing on it. I thought that my credit was too awful to move, but have faith and start putting your app in.

Thanks for feeling my pain. I've been working on my credit and my intention is to be homeowner by summer or towards the end. I believe God looks out for his children and my reward is only a step away.. Stay blessed

That place is a Striaght up dump,luckly I signed a 6 mos lease and got the hell out of there,and when I lived there back in 2005 they went through at least 3 different managers,and all of them got fired at one time or another,because they didn't do their job,I'm talking about straight ghetto ass ,uneducated ,sluts. I don't know how they even got hired.

Being billed for 4 months of gas in a 2 month time period and then be expected to pay in a timely manner sounds like a report needs to be made to the BBB - Better Business Bureau

you can file a complaint online or in their office and i think over the phone and someone will assist you with the form just ask them if they do not ask you first, assistance was offered to me and they gave me extra forms for anyone else who lived there which i passed out to whoever wanted one
for any complaints they do not handle they will give you the phone number and contact information for the office to report it
The BBB can help you find the owner or property management company responsible for this property if you need to make a report to them or tell you who knows that information
the fact that the office refuses to give that information to tenants tells a lot about them
