Decent; dangerous neighborhood

My apartment was larger than many other 1 bedrooms, but also a little overpriced. Maintainance (Zender Properties) was timely and left a form citing what was done with each repair. The neighborhood is the only major problem. A building across the street is low-income housing. I witnessed multiple drug deals and 2 shootings out my front window, which faced the low-income housing! Out my side window was the parking lot for the Dartmouth...also known as the place to smoke whatever was just purchased across the street. My car was vandalized twice in this lot.
