I hate this place. So many times have I called to ask them to fix a variety of things, like no heat, no hot water, the A/C still does not work properly, water damage,...etc.... The apartment is always hot. I wish to God that we did not have to live here another month. The area is usually quiet but we have recently got many neighbors from that are hanging outside at all hours of the night and have no respect for people. Save yourself the time and go look somewhere else

I am new to the community (move in date 5/29/08), and I regret moving in already. 5 days into the lease, and I already wish my time was near to be able to move. I have already experienced the not getting things fixed by maintenance, and each time I call they say that they'll come, and do I get anything fixed? HELL NO!!!! I guess you can say that I have been exposed to good properties, and good customer service, and I'm not use to getting treated like this. And then when maintenace came to check on my air because (yes, it's hot as hell upstairs), he rushes in 5 minutes after my call to the office, places his hands over the vent in my room and told me I was lucky to be getting that. Then after doing that, I decided to ask him about a prior maintenace request that I had submitted, he looks at it, finds the problem, and tells me he will send someone out to fix it because he had to leave. My suggestion to those seeking to move, RUN LIKE HELL away from thes apts.
