Greystone Management is horrible From: tiredofit1 Date posted: 11/25/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I dont live on this property but I do live in one that Greystone Management owns and it seems like the same issue everywhere. I live in Covington Square Apts so if you think that moving there will be better think again!!!! There is the biggest MOLD issue ever. They paint the bathtub instead of taking the time to really clean it when someone moves out. They have 2 maintenance men and I've heard the same story since I moved in in Apr... " we are short on maintanence right now". I out in a work order and it takes atleast a week to look into. I had an issue with my AC system and it took them 2 months to break down and get me a new system. Greystone Management sucks. I am supposed to be getting a reward for referring someone back in July and I have yet to receive it. I call and everyone is pointing the finger at everyobne else. I know a few other people that live in other Greystone properties and they hate it just like I do. I have been there 7 months and counting the weeks until the end of my lease. I can wait to get out. This is what happens when you pay cheap rent, you get cheap service, and a cheap looking apt. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
