Crystal Bay is as bad as some people say, I have had nothing but problems since i moved in back in december. I have had people steel off of my porch, I have had my bathtub leak several times through the floor and then through the celing of my dining room which shorted out my fan, my dishwasher broke 2 1/2 weeks ago they came out the next day to check it out... it still isn't fixed, i had to have people come back to fix some minor problems 3-4 times because they don't do it right the first time, if you are a woman the maintence staff talks to you like you don't know anything at all. We are now in the process of renewing our lease just because i am in school and we don't have the money to move until i graduate and our paperwork is all messed up, they are claming we didn't give them as much for the deposit as we did and we are basicly getting screwed out of $300. The office staff is not very knowlegeable about the property and the manager acts like she is better than everyone else and you are bothering her with any problems you have. In fact the person we dealt with to get the apartment has since been fired because he was giving false information and didn't know how to do his job. Don't come here unless you like nothing but headaches!!! STAY AWAY!!!!
