I ran far far away!!!! From: Lemondrop1985 Date posted: 7/18/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   I went to go look at one of these a few months ago because I heard of how cheap they were. The ladies in the office were nice, I was sold until I actually saw the apartment. Well, during the tour there was a crackhead in the hallway who would not leave me and my daughter alone. The second room looked like it used to be a closet, the kitchen was gross, there were roaches in the bathtub, the ceiling was leaking, and the patio looked unsafe. As I was leaving the office I think I heard shots being fired, in broad daylight! I threw the paperwork out the window and got the hell out of there without looking back. Please don't do it, if you value you life!!!
