I enjoy living here because of the friendly staff and the nice updates.

They take care of the property, although I did read a review where it was said trash was scattered all over the place. I haven't seen that except for when new siding was being put up on all the apartments, but it was being cleaned up.

I cannot hear my neighbors talking, but I can occasionally hear them walking around upstairs.

If I have a maintenance problem, it is taken care of prompty. They even have days when they will pick up your trash for you. During holidays, they'll do something special, like stand outside handing out muffins before you go to work.

The staff is very sweet and kind and I love my neighbors. When I gave birth to my second child, one of the apartment agents came over and told me if I ever needed anything to let her know. She offered to run to the store during her lunch break if I needed something.. anything.. at all.

Yes, one of the rooms is colder than the rest of the house.. but come on. When I lived at home with my parents, they had a room like that in their house. Get over it.

If you have a problem with your water heater, tell them so they can turn it up so your hot water will last longer! Ever since then I've never had problems with cold showers.

It is quite expensive to keep an animal there. The fee is non-refundable and bigger animals are not allowed. We had to give up our pet before moving here (although we had already made the decision to do that so it didn't have a lot to do with the apartment).

A few complaints: there isn't a lot of cabinet space, at least not for me. Carpet is hard to keep clean as it is light (mine is new and so I find myself scrubbing it constantly). Tubs are made out of some kind of plastic that is hard to clean.

Also, I should say I'm in an end apartment, so I don't have as much noise as someone else might.

I love being close (within walking distance) to Krogers and Trader Joes. Every place has it's negatives. I think the pros outweight the cons here.
