We were robbed twice in one year, had to pay an electric bill for the month after we were already gone and didn't get our deposit back because of damages caused by maintenance workers. The furnace quit working numerous times and each time maintenance said it was fine. I checked the furnace filter and found it was completely caked. Maybe our experiences were an anomaly like they kept telling us but would you take that risk'

If you would call the electric company and inform them to take it out of your name when you move then you wouldn't be charged for an extra month...that's what I've always done...just a thought.

i would like to know who u are because my apartment in the lakes has been robbed also...i think it is the maintance...when trying to get out of my lease they told me i couldn't due to there no security policy
