The Landings

You could find better! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/25/2002 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002   I've lived at the Landings for about a year and I wouldn't recommend it to other renters. Although it's in an excellent area (Keystone/Northeast Indy), there are other apartment complexes nearby with better amenities. The management is slow and seem irked when you report problems; our furnace literally blew smoke all over our bedroom and we were without heat for nearly two weeks, and we had to beg to get any compensation or help. The outside of the buildings look shoddy, but the insides of some of the newer buildings are nice. We got brand new appliances and cabinets, but most of the apartments have yet to be updated. If you do decide to live here, be prepared to get frustrated with parking, maintenance, varied rent prices from building to building, and a lack of organization/management skills from the leasing office!
