over the past 5 years i have lived at villa paree, fallwood and now this hell hole! nothing but crime pot smoking thugs they call maintenance men and so on, noise is the worst ever! i moved from the property down the street because of the gates always being a problem only to get a worse and bigger problem! now i wish i were still tailgating people in and out at my old complex at least maintenance was not high when they came. better yet give up on apt living all together if you move here never ever let anyone in your apartment when your not home EVER

i have has maintaince break into my home and still items from tv'v to jewelry and kids play stations games. never no sign of force entry always i would come home and only one of my locks would be locked. and when i go into my home i notice some one else also has been there. the office could care less on what happens to you and in there lease it states that they are not responsible for anything thats happens even if its due to there neglegence. so make sure you think about that before signeing because then its to late like i cant break my lease because of that statement thats in the lease even if maitaince is comming in stilling so i changed locks and never gave the office copies
