I've been living at the Lodge for a few years now and I have to say that for the money, you can't beat it. I've got all the heat and hot water I can use for FREE and a security door that requires a key to get in, the intercom system allows me to buzz people in when I have friends come over. A friend of mine is trying to talk me into buying a new home, but I've seen her gas bill, nearly $300 a month in the winter time, no thanks, FREE works for me!

Your heat is not FREE, it's included in your rent. If you paid for your own heat, your monthly rent would be a lot less. You can buy homes that have electric heat. It will run you about 80 dollars a month in the dead of winter for a 3bdr ranch.
