If you don't have any kids, and are not worried about people vandalizing your property, then this place is ok. I loved the one bedroom floorplan, huge closets, huge bedroom, nice looking kitchen (although I think I got lucky on that one.) But as time went on I noticed how ghetto it is! Domestic disputes, things being stolen out of my car, fellons next door. So I don't feel safe anymore, I'm breaking my lease to get out of here. But if your not concerned by that, I would recommend the one bedroom, the other floorplans don't flow well. The also will tow your cars if you park in an unassigned carport, even if there is no where else to park! By the way, you have to call maintenance like 5 times to get any help.
