I cant believe this place! They charge so much money and you get nothing. The maintenance crew is a like a revolving door. They either get fired or they dont stay due to poor management. The tenants average income is $7.00/hr.Most of the vehicles in the parking lot have 1 headlight out or duct tape on the window from where it was broken into.There is no security so dont go feeling secure in your apartment. People move out everyday in droves. Go figure! Would you want to live in a rat infested, dirty, dimly lit complex where the dogs are allowed to poop practically on your sidewalk and little kids trample the grass and scream under your bedroom window all day' Your neighbors leave their trash outside their doors for days and nobody cares. The best thing about this place is very soon Ill be driving by it saying "I USED to live in that rat hole! I can barely take these last 2 years!Did I forget' THE APARTMENTS ARE PAINTED PINK!!
