You know it's crazy when... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/16/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   You know it's in the ghetto when you have to sign a paper before moving that says "WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOU SAFTEY!" I would NOT recommend this complex to anyone I liked! This place had HUGE BIG ENORMOUS pot holes for months it's like they didn't have enough money to do anything about it. Come on people pay your rent so we can get things fixed around here. There are NO rules in the complex either. Kids are aloud to roam at their own will trash is left out for weeks there are cars that sit for months with flat tires there are cars that get keyed and broken into. Enough said, hopefully you get the message...STAY AWAY.
