What Are Some of You Talking About?

I've lived at Marina for just over a year now, and I'm not sure what some of these people are talking about. Every morning on my way to work, I see all the maintenance people out picking up what some of my neighbors have thrown out on the grounds the night before. I've even seen one of the managers get out of his vehicle in the morning and pick up stuff left outside the dumpsters. As for the lighting, it looks like day time at night. The very bright lights on the building fronts always make me feel safe when I come home. I haven't seen this type of lighting at other complexes. I know Marina has some type of security in place, because they stopped me one night for speeding on my way in. I guess I never paid attention that the speed limit through the complex is only 10 MPH. Of course I'm still living here and have no experience in reference to my deposit being refunded, but a friend of mine who used to live here and referred me, told me that she got all of her deposit back with an invitation to come back if her circumstances should change in the future. And since there is only one leasing person in the office, I assume the other post are about her. All I can say is that if you don't like Cathy or can't get along with her, then you must have a real social problem. In closing I'll just say that I'm happy with my home and the staff are always quick to respond to my needs. Could things be better?; of course they could, if they couldn't it'd be perfect and we all know that place doesn't exist.
