I think Kathie does a WONDERFUL job at the Marina considering the lack of respect she gets from some of the residents. I am sure we all know the resident that break the rules and then want to come in the office an tear the leasing agent apart. Well I think she does great with all the situations that come thru her door. SHE HANDLES HER SELF GREAT!!!!!
